- Connect and manage your Facebook Pages for automated messaging.
- Power our AI assistant (Nova) to reply to customers 24/7.
- Generate quotes (PicoClaw) and book appointments.
- Improve our AI models and service quality.
- Send you service notifications and updates.
3. Facebook Data — Special Note

- We store Facebook access tokens securely (encrypted).
- We only access messages from Pages you explicitly connect.
- We never post to your personal timeline, friend lists, or groups.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your Facebook data with third parties.
- We do not use Facebook data for advertising or profiling outside our service.
4. Data Retention
- Facebook user data: Deleted when you disconnect Facebook Login or delete your account.
- Message history: Retained for up to 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.
- Quotes and appointments: Retained as long as your account is active.
- Backups: Deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Our service integrates with:
- Facebook / Meta (for Login and Page messaging)
- WhatsApp (Meta) (for business messaging)
- Telegram (for messaging integration)
- Google Sheets (optional data sync)
These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Disconnect Facebook: Go to Settings > Connected Apps in your account.
- Delete your data: Email [email protected] with your account email.
- Opt out of AI analysis: Contact support to disable AI message processing.
- Access your data: Request a copy by emailing [email protected].

We use encryption (TLS/SSL), secure API tokens, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
