Welcome to JSWTech! By accessing or using our website, services, or signing in with Facebook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Who We Are

JSWTech provides AI-powered customer messaging automation, including Nova (AI assistant), PicoClaw (quote generation), appointment booking, and multi-channel inbox (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms. By using Facebook Login, you confirm you have a valid Facebook account.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
• You may not share your account with others without permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use JSWTech to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
• Harass, abuse, or deceive customers or any person.
• Violate Facebook's Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Policy, or Telegram Terms.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Engage in illegal activities (including but not limited to fraud, scams, or adult content).

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Our Services and Availability

• Nova (AI Assistant): Automated responses. AI may make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing critical communications.
• Nova (Quotes): Generates quotes based on customer input. You must verify accuracy before sending.
• Appointment Booking: Syncs with your calendar. We are not liable for scheduling conflicts or no-shows.
• Uptime: We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service (third-party APIs like Facebook may fail).

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Pricing is listed on our website.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Free trial: 14 days. No credit card required. Cancel anytime.

8. Data Deletion and Account Termination

• You can delete your Facebook-connected data:
  1. Go to Settings > Connected Apps in your JSWTech dashboard, OR
  2. Email [email protected] with your account email, OR
  3. Remove JSWTech from your Facebook Apps & Websites settings.
• We will delete your data within 30 days of request.
• We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All JSWTech code, designs, logos, and AI models are our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our service. You retain ownership of your customer messages and business data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• JSWTech is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.
• We are not responsible for Facebook API changes, outages, or policy changes that affect our service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JSWTech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights (including Facebook's Terms).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued use after 14 days means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
